Installation Guide

• Install iRedMail on:
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Scientific Linux. Works on both version 5.x and 6.x.
  • Debian 5.x and 6.x
  • Ubuntu 8.x, 9.x, 10.04 LTS
  • FreeBSD 7.x, 8.x.
    • Install iRedMail in FreeBSD Jail, contributed by dong@forum
  • OpenSuSE 11.3, 11.4

• Install iRedOS, CentOS 5.x based installation CD, ships the lastest version of iRedMail.

• Install iRedAPD, a postfix policy daemon:
  • for OpenLDAP backend, requires at least iRedAPD-1.3.0.
  • for MySQL backend
